Afghan-Canadians say their insights on homeland largely untapped by Ottawa

From the Canadian Press: the knowledge of 25,000 Afghan-Canadians goes underused.

Though Canada has been funnelling millions in aid assistance to
Afghanistan since 2001 and Canadian soldiers arrived there in 2002, it
wasn't until last year that Adeena Niazi heard from the government.

She started the Afghan Women's Organization in Toronto in 1990 to provide support for newly-arrived Afghan women.
