Website Menus

As you may notice, the website menu bar is running out of real estate; and, you are interested in adding new menu items.
At this point, we need to discuss the structure of the menu.
What items need to be in the main menu?
What items can be nested into sub-menus?
Would you like an additional menu system & where?
Typically the main menu will display links to content specific parts of the website, and a secondary menu will display links to sections relating to the organizations descriptions, contact, etc.
Everyone, what's your opinion?
